URC provides an array of REFSOURCE Ceramic Fiber Products to meet all of your high temperature insulation needs. For general furnace, kiln, heater and boiler applications our Ceramic Fiber Blanket, Ceramic Fiber Board and Ceramic Fiber Bulk offer superior insulation for temperatures up to 1480°C. In extreme temperature situations, our Ceramic Fiber Custom Modules have the highest insulating value achievable in a Ceramic Fiber and can withstand temperatures of 1650°C. Ceramic Fiber Textiles and Cloths are perfect for a variety of industrial applications and have excellent chemical stability and strong resistance to thermal shock and corrosion. Our Ceramic Fiber Paper is available in three grades and with a variety of thickness, widths, and temperature ratings to tackle nearly any refractory and sealing application. When circumstances call for a more customized solution, our Vacuum Formed Shapes can be cast into a variety of configurations to meet the most demanding requirements. To help seal joints and cracks, we offer three different Ceramic Wet-Mix Products to handle numerous sealant applications and help prevent heat loss.

$REFSOURCE Ceramic Fiber Blanket is composed of long and flexible, interwoven fibers manufactured by the "blown" and the "spun" process yielding a strong, light-weight and durable blanket for applications in a temperature range of 538°C (1000°F ) to 1480°C (2700°F). REFSOURCE line of Ceramic Fiber Blanket has the heat resistance of a hard refractory with five times better insulation value. Ceramic Fiber Board is a vacuum formed product that resists higher gas velocities than a ceramic fiber blanket. It is ideal for furnace, boiler duct and stack lining due to its low-thermal conductivity and low-heat storage allowing shorter cycle times and quicker access for maintenance. The fibers produced are exceptionally clean and consistent in quality and texture. Ceramic Bulk Fibers are loose, long and flexible with high refractory properties and are produced by the "blown" and the "spun" processes. They are used as the base for the production of blanket, moldable, and vacuum formed board and shapes. Ceramic Fiber Custom Modules REFSOURCE manufactures standard and Custom Ceramic Fiber Modules with densities of 8 to 15 pcf and with use temperatures up to 1650ºC (3000ºF)....	$REFSOURCE Ceramic Fiber Paper consists primarily of high purity alumino-silicate fiber and is made through a fiber washing process. This process controls the content of unfiberized shots to a very minimal level within the paper. Ceramic Fiber Paper features light weight, structure uniformity and low-thermal conductivity, which serve as a perfect solution for high-temperature insulation, chemical corrosion resistance and thermal shock resistance. Ceramic Fiber Paper can be used in various types of refractory and sealing applications.
